I’ve been painting some new Matroyshka with a “Mutant Kats” theme, Making tiny pizzas for me and Andrew, noticing evening light dancing off the shiny things on my desk, being bewildered by all the boilers, taps, woks and fire behind the glass at my favourite mall Thai place, and having a hard time not anthromorphizing the fall mushrooms that have been popping up all over the place.
